Milton Glaser – on the fear of failure. from Berghs' Exhibition '11 on Vimeo.
Came across this here
Key figures from the design industry talking about the fear of failing and offer some advice.
I also watched a bit of the Michael Wolff video, who speaks about how thinking too much about an idea can often allow fear to creep in making you dismiss the idea completely. He offers the advice to, 'Leap before you look'.
This is a great quote from the book Life of Pi
About fear: "… So you must fight hard to express it. You must fight hard to shine the light of words upon it. Because if you don’t, if your fear becomes a wordless darkness that you avoid, perhaps even manage to forget, you open yourself to further attacks of fear because you never truly fought the opponent who defeated you.”

I didn't get round to taking photos of the actual printed and bound book, but I had test prints of the book, so here are some photos of a few of the spreads. Unfortunately I didn't notice the mistake in the back end papers until now. Other than that I'm glad with the way it turned out, but some of the images could have been much better.
